About

My name is Taylor Zane. For a long time, I wasn't the person people would have looked to for fitness advice. I struggled with my weight, consistency, and the same cycle that keeps many people stuck: start, stop, restart. Even with a degree in Health & Human Performance and years spent studying training, nutrition, and exercise science, I found myself asking a simple question: **There has to be a better way.** It never made sense to me that someone should have to spend two hours a day in the gym just to achieve results. Not temporary results. Real results. The kind of results you can see in the mirror. The kind of results other people notice. Because while it's easy to convince ourselves we're making progress, reality has a way of keeping us honest. After losing more than 50 pounds and transforming my own health, I learned something important: Lasting results don't come from motivation. They come from systems. That's why I developed an approach built around three things: **consistency, patience, and execution.** Whether you're starting for the first time, returning after setbacks, or pursuing higher performance, the goal remains the same: build systems that last and results that don't disappear. I don't believe fitness should consume your life. I don't believe you need to live in the gym, obsess over every calorie, or structure your entire identity around fitness to become healthier and stronger. I believe fitness should improve your life, not become your life. Through training, nutrition guidance, and habit development, my goal is to help people build strength, improve their health, and create sustainable results they can maintain for years—not just weeks.
